Return & Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy. Our Return & Refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your confirmed delivery date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. But you can still contact us to discuss that.

The following terms are applicable to any products that you purchase from us.


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us, and we will either repair or exchange it or refund your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms.

All returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. We will initiate the return process within a few hours after reviewing the order details.

Return Process

1. If the product you have received which turns out to be defective, damaged in transit, does not match the description, or is otherwise of poor quality, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality. After reviewing the order details, you will be eligible for a free return with a free exchange or a full refund, as you wish.

(It means you don’t have to pay for anything; we will arrange everything for free for our customers satisfaction – No hidden or additional charges.)

2. But if you ordered the product by mistake or if the product was damaged by the user or customer, Then you plan to return it. You will not be eligible for a free return. instead of having to pay for the return cost. After we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will initiate the refund.

(This probably happens 1-3 times per month. (That’s why we mentioned it.)

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase.

Products can be exchanged for a different variation, provided that such a variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed. You are required to ship back the product for it to be inspected and replaced. Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions are confirmed. You are given the right to exchange the item once. Provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.

You will be updated on their Return Status through their email, provided that contact information is recorded with us. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
