  • The battery output DC power requirements for the wire are very high. Please do not use the wire to increase the length from the battery output to the inverter, use the original wiring. Unauthorized extension of the line may cause insufficient input voltage / current.
  • If you want to use the extension line, the wire diameter must be twice as thick as the original wiring. Not recommended to exceed 1 meter.

How Much Maximum Power Does The Battery Have?

  • The car battery voltage is 12v, the truck battery voltage is 24v. Select the inverter with the corresponding voltage.
  • The formula for calculating battery power is : P (power) = V (battery voltage) × I (battery capacity).
  • Such as the car’s 12v 80Ah battery, its power output power = 12v × 80Ah = 960w inverter.

Conversion Efficiency Is 90?

  • The formula for calculating working power with conversion efficiency :
  • P out (output power) = e (conversion efficiency) × P in (input power) × 100%
  • As the earlier calculation = 90 × 960w × 100% = 864w
  • So you can calculate the battery’s maximum power of 864w

How Long Does The Battery Last?

  • Let’s calculate the 12v 80Ah battery working time with a 220v 100w bulb.
  • The formula for calculating battery working time :
  • V (battery voltage) × I (battery capacity) × 0.8 × 0.9 ÷ W (appliance power)
  • Working time = 12v × 80Ah × 0.8 × 0.9 ÷ 100w = 6.912 hours
  • 0.8 is the battery discharge coefficient (constant), and 0.9 is the inverter conversion efficiency (constant).

Instructions To Use


  • The output voltages of the battery should be consistent with the DC input voltages of the inverter. As an example, a 12v inverter should be selected for a 12v battery. The positive and negative poles of the battery should be distinguished when connecting.


  • Inverter cannot be connected to the power grid and cannot be used to touch the AC output line. The battery equipped with the inverter can provide more power than the actual power consumption of the appliance. When the battery line is lengthened, the corresponding wire diameter must be doubled.
  • Both of the inverter outputs are live wires, and there is no grounding problem. Do not use anything as a ground wire.
  • Connect the inverter to the load. Do not connect any air switches or leakage protection switches in the middle. The hard operation will not only fail to protect but also damage the inverter.


The Inverter Is Not Working.
  • Check whether the plug is inserted in place and whether it is loose.
  • Check the inverter switch is turned on.
  • Whether the car cigarette lighter jack has a voltage output, such as external leads, and whether the polarity is correct.
The Insufficient Output Power Of The Inverter Can Only Drive Low-power Electrical Appliances.
  • The capacity of the battery is too small, and electrical appliances must be replaced or reduced.
  • The battery voltage is too low and must be charged or replaced.
  • Cigarette lighter jack cable. The use of the cigarette lighter socket shall not exceed a load of 150w.
  • If it is an external battery, thicken the lead to shorten the lead length.
The Inverter Does Not Work, And The Faulty Light Is On.
  • The electrical power used exceeds the nominal power. Reduce the use of electrical power.
  • If the battery voltage is too low. It’s required to charge or replace a battery.
  • Reduce the use of power appliances.
